ESAB is a world leader in the production of welding and cutting equipment and consumables. Our innovative, world-renowned equipment and solutions are developed with input from our customers and built with the expertise and heritage of a global manufacturing leader. ESAB placed its Hungarian service center in Eiffel Square in 2010. The dynamic development meant a threefold expansion that caused a new need for a bigger office space in the year 2020.

ESTON helped ESAB along the way of searching and filtering the market for a suitable building. After many considerations the following requirements were set: a new location in Pest with moving within a year.

The ideal candidate was Futureal’s Corvin Technology Park 2 office building thanks to its offered services, such as: modernity, wide spectrum of options for recreation and central location.

ESTON’s work started in 2018 H2 and lasted almost a year and shortly after starting the negotiations our Project Management team also contributed to the successful outcome by supporting the technical side, managing the fit-out costs, creating the seating plan and finally moving the company.
