ESTON International is pleased to announce that its Property Management division has acquired the property management contract for the third building of BudaPart. Following the successful projects of BudaPart GATE and CITY, ESTON International is now responsible for the management of nearly 46.000 square meters of the project, including the newest addition to the portfolio, Buda Part DOWNTOWN.
BudaPart DOWNTOWN – Office spaces and Hotel
Buda Part DOWNTOWN encompasses 7,594 sqm of gross leasable A+ category office spaces as well as Radisson’s newest four-star, 198-room business hotel, expected to open its doors later this year. The building was constructed in an innovative and environmentally friendly manner, meeting the highest sustainability and certification standards. Emphasis was placed on minimizing energy and water consumption during the design process, and various intelligent building engineering solutions were implemented. Additionally, this building will be BudaPart’s first dog-friendly office building.
Our Property Management team pays special attention to adapting to the needs and expectations of our clients. Our goal is to satisfy the expectations of both clients and tenants in every respect, while also coordinating efforts to preserve the cityscape. It is important to us that the managed buildings harmoniously blend with the surroundings and contribute to the preservation of BudaPart’s unified appearance. Throughout the management process, we continuously monitor the operation of the buildings to maintain them at the highest level and meet the expectations of the tenants while providing them with maximum comfort.
We are proud to be a part of BudaPart’s contribution to the development and enhancement of Budapest’s cityscape, and we are grateful to have earned the trust of the owners for the third time in a row.
