The office building is situated on Városligeti fasor with its beautiful garden. The building is accessible by car from the entrance to Dózsa György út where a parking area provide almost 8 parking lots. Other parking spaces are on the service road or Felvonulás square. The speciality of the House it was the former house of Klösz György, the famous city-photographer whose pictures is still decorating the interior space. From the garden a couple of stairs lead the visitor to the big center-room which add a nice atmosphere to the building.
