The office building was built on the former site of the Budapest Waterworks, at the intersection of Váci út and Dózsa György út. The complex will consist of three buildings. The basic concept of the project was to be close to nature, with a large multifunctional garden between the three buildings, green terraces on the upper floors, sunny interiors and a panoramic running track on the roof. The first phase was created over 27,000 square metres of leasable space over eight floors, with three underground parking levels.
