Work began in 2015 with the construction of the east block of the Corvin Promenade project. In this building, the Nokia Networks Global Technology Centre will operate. On the ground floor of the building, employees can take advantage of a self-service restaurant and cafe and also make use of a two-storey underground car park, as well as a separate parking area reserved for tenants with space for more than 350 cars. The property is located in the 8th district of Budapest, between the „Nagykörút” and Orczy út, which is typically a mixed-use area. In addition to the surrounding office and residential buildings, it is also the site of the Clinics, the blocks of the National University of Public Service and Semmelweis University, as well as the building of the Museum of Natural Sciences. Several bus, tram and metro lines are within easy walking distance.
